*David Deeks, FIAP, a lecturer at Sunderland University (one of the IAP’s partner universities) is developing a new structured systems analysis and design tool called PISO (Process Improvement for Strategic Objectives). It uses conventional physical and logical data flow diagrams, but in a way that allows strategic objectives at any level of an organisation to direct the logicalisation process.
